Ro Lashua

Hello,  This is Ro.  I was looking for another blog to start, my previous one was not user friendly.  We will try this one and see if it is easier to use. 

 Communication is a key ingredient in life.  We use it, or don’t use it each and every day.  Interestingly, it is one of the most difficult aspects of our lives.  It takes us a lifetime to perfect this. 

 This blog will be open for any topic, and as we all know, that will still be communication.

 When I was studying for my BS in Management the organizaitonal psychology interested me the most.  It is interesting to study people and why they do what they do, and how and why they react the way they do.  It is intreging to me to see how we are all the same.  We all have intrinsic and extrinsic motivators.  While these may differ, some are universal.  That is fascinating to me.

 So join me here, let’s talk (blog).
